OVERHAULING & MAINTENANCE

A boiler annual overhaul includes following works,

• Cleaning of pressure vessels
• The fireside and waterside
• Cleaning and servicing of first valves
• Fitting mounted on the pressure vessel.
• Overhauling and maintenance of thermic fluid heater.

            This includes the steam nozzle valve, safety valve, feedwater valve, blowdown valve and water level gauges.

Boiler overhauling and maintenance includes IBR clearance and re-certification.
